    Loved this class! I took it with Margaret Humphreys who was great. Easy class, low pressure, and very fun. Learned all about the history and evolution of food overtime.

    A good class especially for a foodie! Just study the slides and do the readings then you will ace the exams. There is a final but it is easy.
