I found this class pretty horrible. It is as hard as people say it is. I personally found Baldwin very unhelpful and he failed to met any sort of expectation I had of him. Just study the underlying chemistry I guess

Took it with Baldwin. The difficulty of this class is wildly exaggerated. If you sit down and try to really understand the underlying chemistry instead of just memorizing reactions (i.e. understand the mechanisms and WHY mechanisms proceed how they do), this class is an easy A. Organic Chem is also pretty interesting as a subject, try to appreciate the science beyond just some premed req.

Chem 201 kicked my butt. The exams were really hard and I put a lot of work in for an average grade.

The class is super hard but at least Dr. Hong was there to help. I recommend going to office hours and seeking help early. The workload is very similar to Chem 101 with the majority of the grade being based on a few exams.
