One of the easiest cs classes I have taken. It is mostly assignment based and they are all doable. I didn't learn much but am happy with my final grade.
Easy class, but terribly organized. The professors are bad about feedback and very unclear about expectations for homework. Don't expect to learn very much relevant to the industry, this class focuses more on complex ways to do things that have much simpler answers.
The class is taught by professors who have been in the field and have first-hand experience with data science projects. The class is largely assignment- and project-based, and you are given the freedom to pursue topics that are interesting to you. Some of the homework assignments are challenging, but all of them are still very do-able.
Class is a little unstructured. Surveys lots of different topics with little depth. Some of the topics are very interesting, and it gives a good opportunity to do a big final project
I took this class because everyone told me it was the easiest computer science elective. That's probably true but don't be fooled it's still kind of hard.
